If the whole world were Catholic all that might mean is that everyone subscribed (at least verbally) to the ideology of Catholicism. If all Catholics and everyone else really knew God rather than just worshipping him, what a difference that would make. Among other things there would probably be no more need of a Catholic Church.
Remember in Heaven it is the Church Triumphant, eternal and reigning!
