Kamikaze Christian Mentalists

Pastor Terry Jones: Koran-Burning Fruitcake
There are so many reasons why this is not a good idea.

Perhaps we could arrange a mass burning of the King James translation of the Bible just to piss this guy off?

Pastor Terry Jones: "No, don't! That text is sacred! It's holy to us!"

Militant Catholics: "Yeah, right! Whatever, cowboy. Anyone got a light? Let's watch this piece of Protestant revisionism burn!"

Needless to say, the Pontifical Council for Inter-Religious Dialogue is not impressed.

It's sad. I think of it as desecration of the Eucharist. Some people consider this sacred.

Laurence, could i trouble you to photoshop the photo on this post and change the word 'Koran' to the word 'Calvinist'? I know it's a much longer word but i'm sure it would be worth the effort!

Faith: It is wrong, not sad, but in no way is it similar to the desecration of the Eucharist.
The Koran is a book written by man; the Eucharist is the body and blood of Christ.
