On Michael Voris and His Mother

May I too add my voice to the many who are standing in support of the heroic Michael Voris, who was brought back to the Holy Faith from a ruinous path, through the holy prayer and example of his heroic Catholic mother. May I join with those who are praying for him and for his often excellent apostolate, with those who are doing so in Heaven and those who are doing so on Earth.

Through the intercession of the Most Blessed and ever Virgin Mary, Mother of God, of St Augustine of Hippo, St Monica, St Michael and St George, whose love for Christ and His Church you strive valiantly to emulate, may God grant you renewed strength and peace in your current trials and bring to shame and repentance those who by their envy and malice seek the destruction of your work for Our Lord and God.

As a viewer and a more loyal and dedicated one than I was a week ago, thank you for the work you do for the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. May our God love you, protect you, guide you and defend you. Whatever you do, don't give up, take a breather if you need to recover your strength, but keep fighting the good fight, dear brother in Christ, until the end. May Our Lord Jesus Christ grant you victory over your enemies on Earth and the crown of life everlasting as your eternal reward!

Now that the Catholic world knows 'the real Michael Voris', may the Catholic world acknowledge that the 'real Michael Voris' appears to us more beautiful and resplendent in grace and glory today than he appeared to us before the Catholic world knew of his humble and brave confession of his past crimes, for in this revelation we see more brilliantly and more splendidly the grace and glory and the great power and the great mercy of our glorious and risen Saviour, Our Lord Jesus Christ. So, too, do we glimpse the wonderful work of his Saints, those who tirelessly intercede for us poor sinners, those in Heaven and those do such while living in exile on Earth.

With biographies such as his, in our scandalous times when so many tread the path of crime and fly into sexual promiscuity and the many snares of the evil one, may the wonderful conversion of Michael Voris serve to win many souls to the love of Jesus Christ and His Holy Catholic Church! It's only my opinion, but if there was any justice in this World - and were there more justice within the Church - you would be brought in and commended on your work for Christ by the Pope himself for your apostolate, for it is a marvel in our eyes!

Warrior for Christ and His Church

Michael Voris, lift up your head and be radiant, let your face not be abashed, for the Lord our God has redeemed you! May the good Lord give you grace to persevere in His truth and in His love, to the end!

Readers may have noticed that this blog's design has become predominantly 'pinker' than before.

Well, let me tell you, it's not 'pink', its 'rose' and I am a Catholic man.

I am comfortable in my colour scheme!

Oremus!

Michael Voris is a spiritual hero to me! Of course the total GLORY belongs to God for his great and AWESOME grace!!! Michael's mother is another holy mom, too. But our HOLY MOTHER is an instrument of great power to protect the chastity of anybody who, like Michael, will ask for that with a sincere heart. I received a fantastic grace from HER HANDS too, so I understand Micheal very well. The whole heaven one day, will be filled with sinners who has been touched by the grace of deep conversion. We all will be crying out of gratitude and be joyous at the same time, knowing that we are SAVED - PURELY BY HIS GRACE...

One thing which is incomprehensible to me is an attitude of the New York's Card. Dolan... How people, who officially represent CHRIST... can do such ugly things... evil things... So, tragic!

My prayers are w/him and his apostolate. In addition to what he said about his mother offering to suffer anything for his conversion, I was struck by what he said about being addicted to lust; couldn't help but associate his announcement w/the sudden death of Prince on the same day and also recent news re:Charlie Sheen (Catholic like Voris). Since the implosion of Christ's Church, our society has collapsed into paganism. Later it occurred to me that in the supernatural, God may have been making a statement in that Voris has associated himself so closely w/St. Michael the Archangel and in that regard Prince could refer to Satan and/or a Cardinal. I pray that Voris will not back down but continue to expose the scandal of the NY Archdiocesan priesthood (not sure where/when he attended seminary). As St. Paul said deep mystery how love between man and wife mirrors Christ & His Church; this communion for adulterers/sodomites etc. same indication of the supernatural problem in the church marriage. God will reward the humble and contrite. Hope all bloggers will support Voris in exposing the scandalous priesthood. I also am praying that I will have the courage of Jacinta, Francisco and numerous saints such as St. John Vianney and Ignatius of Loyola to suffer (do penance) and pray for conversion of sinners, especially priests that they may be brought to repentance like Michael Voris (instead of disappearing into golden parachute 'retirements' and/or justifying their sin or being blackmailed into silence by planned parenthood/prince of this world).

Great post. He's now a more sympathetic person and a more credible witness. May God continue to bless him!

I have, like others been a critic of Michael Voris, especially regarding his attitude to Pius 10th.Society. However, I personally laud his courage shown in his recent self-expose of a past life. Michael, may Our Lord, his Holy Mother, and Saint Michael, protect you from any adverse reactions. Stand tall my friend. The world is sadly in need of such courage.

I remember when i used to watch Mr Voris, him explaining his mother's desire for him to turn away from sin. Back then the specifics were left out. The thing is, this is the same Mr Voris who ignores the heresy of Bergoglio and twists and turns with regard to who is up for demonization - which Novus Ordo Bishop? Or the entire SSPX? But, if he accepted the grace to rise out of the revolt against nature that is the sin of homosexuality, there is hope he may accept the grace to rise out of the revolt against Catholicism that is VII.

From Bishop Sanborn's Budapest talk exposing the freemasonic war on Truth and His Church: Fr Fontaine in 1905 accuses Abbe Boutin of working to create a, “…dogmatic anarchy…preaching a secret apostasy, or at least a discreet one, which has the intention of propagating its ideas in the very bosom of the Catholic establishment.”

In 1903 Monseigneur Louis Marie Olivier Duchesne – a modernist – wrote to the Archmodernist, Abbe Loisy, who was excommunicated by Pope Pius X: “If people pay attention to what you say, quite a number of questions in the catechism will have to be suppressed as being indiscreet. The faithful will wonder what this new religion is. In fifty years’ time, so I am told, everyone will find these ideas naturally. Possibly. But will the ‘everyone’ still be Christian?"

In January 24th, 1906, Civiltà Cattolica: ‘There is a movement that might almost be called international, a branch of the times if you wish, but teeming from the trunk upwards with old errors. A movement towards a complete disordered innovation of doctrine, methods and action. So strangely widespread that it seems almost to suggest a kind of universal alliance, natural and tacit, since ideas, suggestions and, sometimes, even sentences and metaphors in books, periodicals and newspapers in Germany, France, England, the United States, and, finally, in Italy, where everything is put to the service of the cause, are almost identical. It is clear that they are united by certain common ideas, aspirations and tendencies, and the same wind seems to blow through the very pages of pamphlets, periodicals and journals. Pages shrill with modernity, but not always equally serene, reflective and knowledgeable…a new accommodation of faith and dogma to modern thought…a theological adaptation of the philosophy of Kant and Hegel.”

The new religion is now the religion of birth for the Novus Ordite. But it is the talk of the spiritually blind and deaf that they, like all 'sacramental' Protestants, claim a continuity in the Church of Christ.

Those bringing up Voris’ past sins simply for self-gain and for the sake of knocking him down are sinning, probably gravely.
At the same time though, those who would entrust their youths to him have a right to know.
(CMTV has the young man PAUSE program)
Homosexuality is a sin that can be forgiven. But it is also a mental disorder from which the young must be protected. It’s not safe to trust anyone who we know to have any sort of sexual perversion with children or youngsters.
We would undoubtedly and without hesitation act the same way towards a repentant ephebophile/homosexual priest. His sins are forgotten without a doubt, however no parent in their right mind would let their young ones hang out with him.
As it stands right now most Catholics are forced into into an almost Protestant “once saved always saved” position. I got news for you guys: forgiveness does not mean we need to grant him license to keep doing what he’s doing or forgo the appropriate and necessary response to these revelations. There are consequences that he has refused to accept as part of his past sins, namely that he has no place leading any religious discussions, or leading any kind of lay apostolate which grants him a position of authority. In an ideal situation, the local Bishop would insist he step down and remove himself from all self-appointed positions of influence. But we don’t have that luxury.
Do your due diligence.
Surely, we all agree on my statement.

Not really, I don't agree.
I personally think its quite a leap to say that.
But I understand you are motivated by a desire to protect minors.

What is Voris being venerated for? Is he a great penitent? Defender of Catholic Truth? Or a Novus Ordite personality, who's subscriptions will now increase despite the increased perversity coming out of the Institution he is in communion with? This is the same Voris who books cruise ship 'Catholic' getaways during Lent. The same Voris who decided Bergoglio was Noah, and no one should dare notice he was 'naked'. Meanwhile vilified Catholic priests offer the Blood of Christ to the Heavenly Father - rejected by Jews and muslims (accepted by Voris' church) - upon unadulterated altars of Christ. Catholic perspective is a rare viewpoint.

Voris' mother is no longer here to speak for herself or her Religion.

I do have mixed opinions about Michael. Not anything to do with his past, of which he repented, and he does generally fine work. But there are two things about his approach that rub the wrong way:

1. He has no problem criticizing any prelate, but he simply refuses to criticize the Pope, regardless of how outrageous the Pope's statements may be, how identical those statements are to the prelate's whose he is criticizing, or even when the Pope's statement is the very source of what the prelate is saying. To me, that is simply striking at the outer limbs of the beast and never touching its head.

2. He is simply unfair, and uncharitable, to the SSPX. The biggest crime of which they can be convicted is holding fast to Catholic teaching prior to Vatican II. He repeatedly and incorrectly states they are ex-communicated and in schism, although BXVI lifted the excommunications and even Francis treats them as non-schismatic (granting faculties to administer absolution).

I think his "coming clean" as it were, is a smart move on his part, and he is right that he should have done it at the beginning and perhaps did not have strong enough faith in God at that time. Heck, I can hardly blame him for thinking like that - I would have thought the same. It does take some courage to do what he did, but on the other hand, the situation really left him no choice. It was more a smart PR move than courage per se - which is fine - good PR moves are good too.

What would you have done with St. Paul nee Saul?
