Protests Against Protests

...are rare.

I know 40 Days for Life is a vigil, but why is there really only one protest that inspires a protest against the protest?

Haha! So true! I hadn't thought of that before.

The only other "protests against protests" I can think of are those staged against manifestations by the EDL or the BNP or against those demonstrating in defence of the state of Israel.

Funny company we're being put in ...

Most people's first reaction to truth is anger. This is I think what's going on here. There's just too much truth going on so it has to be 'wiped out'.

Yes, I was thinking about that, the EDL vs the ANL is the only other one I can think of, but its more of a 'marching' thing - slightly different.

Laurence - have you seen Sancte Pater today? I forget what it is titled but it is about someone sentenced for talking to women waiting for abortions. The judge tells her that her God is wrong.

Yes, I saw that at Lifesitenews a while back.

Frightening isn't it?

You do a good job Laurence, defending the weak and voiceless everywhere. Thank God for you.

Say one for me, if you remember.

BJC's got it - fury and hate is the response of the Devil to the light being shone on the worst and most effective kind of evil that has become protected by the law and allowed to operate with impunity, contaminating all of society. People can get very vicious when the evil that is going on in abortuaries or their agencies is confronted, and women offered help and love for her and her baby. There is no fury like that of an abortion provider when a baby escapes their death chamber.
