Isn't it a paradox that...
...the Mass that doesn't mention the word 'sin' is the Mass that liberals do not wish to see celebrated in Catholic Churches? One would think that liberals would prefer the Mass that doesn't mention the word 'sin'.
That'll be the Latin Mass, obviously. Strange. Perhaps liberals are too obsessed with 'sin'. What a paradox it is that those who do welcome the Traditional Latin Mass are accused of 'Jansenism'! As I read on Fr Ray's blog once, the Latin Mass tends not to focus on our sin, but on the mystery of God's generous condescension to us.
