Today is St Nicholas of Myra's Feast Day.
St Nicholas was kind to the poor and especially to poor children.
He is also famous for dealing with the scourge of heresy in a physical way.
So, if you are able to, be kind to the poor today and if no opportunity arises to be kind to the poor, hit someone who denies the Divinity of Christ.
You may be too busy for the first, or the opportunity may not arise today, but the second should be relatively easy in today's Church and World.
If you do not want to be arrested for grievous bodily harm, then think about buying a ticket to London to peacefully protest against the blasphemous artwork, aimed at the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Archangel who announced to her God's plan for her to be Mother of the Saviour, now adorning the interior of the National Gallery. Join the Facebook group of the National Gallery Protest, pray in reparation for such mockery of God and the Mother of the Redeemer and pray for the success of the protest and that offensive and blasphemous artwork such as this is removed from the National Gallery.
