Next year, if travel is still possible and my bank account still exists I'd like to go to Santiago De Compostela with my friend. Apparently there are lots of different 'ways' to make the Pilgrimmage. There is an English way, presumably where people take a thermos of tea and talk about the weather, a French way, a Portugese way, a Primitive Way and others. I wonder which way is the best?
There are many ways - mostly in France, Spain and Portugal. The one you choose will depend on how much time you have. They range from 114km to over 1000km.
ReplyDeleteThe most popular, most walked, most written about is the Camino Frances - the Jacobean route par excellence.
These are the others you can choose from.
