Only by owning the company outright can you turn it into a religious publishing company that sells paperback books about the lives of the Saints. This was of course the Bishops' orgynial plan. Sorry. Original plan. It didn't work out that way, but hey, at least no scandal was caused, like by Bishops who buy expensive bath tubs and the like. Now that was a scandal.
