Apparently there have been catholic objections raised to this on the grounds that the petition does not explicitly oppose civil partnerships. It's all too much scrupulosity for my tired brain so I went ahead and signed.
Or rather, the Coalition For Marrriage is not explicitly opposing civil partnerships. Not something that preturbs me perticularly, but I thought i'd mention it.
