Cheer up, it might never happen...

I don't think you will lose your religion. But many of those bishops at the Synod lost any they had a long time ago; and having been working hard to ensure many others lose theirs too, or never know or love it in the first place.

Indeed, Lynda.

Honest to God, I can't believe the Bishops and Cardinals are going to let this pass. It's so un-Catholic. I really do believe, they'll wake up globally and speak out.

Either they'll "impeach" Francis and elect a new Pope, or they'll get Benedict back. This whole thing is getting farcical.

One wonders what the laity wrote in those questionnaires, "hear the people's cry", that they think they can get away with this.

It's all gone topsy-turvy.

Berg - German mountain/rock. Latin translation = Petrus

Olgio - River running from the alps into Italy in direction of Rome which was known as the Ollius in Roman times and formed an important boundary.

Not that I'm getting concerned or anything.

The covenant stands, but He didn't say anything about running us VERY close

We are being sifted like wheat (Luke 22:31). It is a rough and painful process. I will never follow a different "gospel" other than the one preached by Jesus and his Apostles.

So just what is it about October 13th hey?

October 13th, 1884 - Pope Leo XIII's vision that Satan will be granted 100 years from a date unknown to try (but fail to) destroy the Church.

October 13th, 1917 - The final Fatima apparition, the "Miracle of the Sun"

October 13th, 2014 - Heresy Writ Large in Rome - the Synodal Relatio.

Just sayin. Probably coincidence.
