That second picture really is revolting! I presume the local council give permission for this so the policemen turn a blind eye. At least they appear to be wearing helmets if nothing else. Talk about exhibitionism. When passing them on a bus a couple of years ago it raised laughs as people started to look out of the windows. And most people's comments seem to be 'if we went out like that we would get arrested so how come they are not?'
