I don't think so. Can't see the tassles but he appears to be wearing a jewish prayer shawl so I would presume that his headwear was a more elaborate form of skull cap lent to him for what ever occasion that was in the inter-faith week.
Isn't this in the pagan temple where he burnt incense to a god?
When I went to a Jewish ceremony I was given a throwaway thin paper yarmulkah. It showed respect, but nobody would have mistaken me either for a Jew or for somebody thinking that what they were wearing was fancy dress.
He's a bit red in the face. I hope he gets regular check-ups for his blood pressure
I wonder how happy he was to be dressed up like that. I don't think it's Polyannaism to say that he might not have foreseen that.
